The Perfect Morning Tonics for Boosting Immunity, Weight Loss and Energy

NVLife RECOMMENDS THE FOLLOWING:
First thing after waking: drink 8-16 oz of mineral water First food of the day: one apple

Liver Support
One full grapefruit juiced
Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Himalayan or Sea salt (to taste)
(1 full orange or lemon with water to substitute grapefruit)

Anti-Bacterial
4 ounces hot water
1⁄2 fresh squeezed lemon
1-3 teaspoons unfiltered apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon local honey is best, or agave or maple syrup

Anti-Inflflammatory
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of olive or coconut oil (stir and take)

Homemade Lemonade
Mineral water
Local honey or maple syrup Fresh-squeezed lemon to taste
You can also freeze this mixture to make popsicles
