MISSY BEAVER, M.S., LMT, FOUNDER AND CREATOR NVLife

Missy Beaver moved to Santa Monica, California from Rensselaer, Indiana and quickly became known for her kettlebell training.  She has been dedicated to making this ancient exercise technique accessible to all Americans in search of weight loss, power and endurance.  Missy's fitness credentials are numerous. She has a Masters of Science in Human Performance, she is a licensed massage therapist and is a certified kettlebell and Z Health instructor.  She was also an elite Nike sponsored trainer certified in the use of kettlebells.  Missy's program quickly became the workout of choice for pro athletes, trainers and celebrities.

Missy Beaver developed NVLife over a 20+ year span, combining meticulous research of peer review scientific studies and countless hours working in the field with children and adults of all ages. Dr. Robert Bray and Dr. Joseph Hewett have given time and council to the development of her theory. Additionally Dr. Robert Bray oversaw her first study investigating the efficacy of NVLife on Parkinson's disease in 2006, and Dr. Joseph Hewitt oversaw five children participating in the NVLife program in 2018 and the success of the symptom reduction in clients with ASD.

Her knowledge and understanding of how the body works to repair itself has greatly helped her clients suffering from but not limited to motor control deficits, postural imbalances, gait abnormalities, reduced mobility, pain and inflammation. Her consistently positive outcomes over the years have bolstered her commitment to the teaching and application of NVLife.

The first NVLife clinic is based in Los Angeles and the second in Paris.

“Elevate the possibilities for healing the body with natural and non-invasive methods.”
