1. How do I get started?
You will begin with joint mobility. Once you can perform joint mobility through full range of motion, with no pain, add level 1 of air bells to joint mobility.
Tension leads to pain syndromes and disease, so it is important to proceed slowly and listen to your body. We are adaptable, not stable organisms therefore any improper, unbalanced or incomplete move makes the body week and inefficient. It is important to remember NO PAIN ALL GAIN.
2. Why do Air bells?
